CLPR's study, "Disconnected: A Community and Technology Needs Assessment of the Southeast Los Angeles Region (SELA)", cited in the EGP: "Vernon Grant Aims to Close the Digital Divide"
The Southeast Cities Technology Collaborative received generous grants of over $770,000 to implement the CLPR's technology and development research team's study recommendations.
